Q. Do you offer Free Shipping?

A. Yes we do. Orders totaling over $850 are shipped within the Twin City Metro Area at no charge. Orders between $400 - $850 are only $10 to ship in the Twin City Metro Area and orders under $400 are $25 or less in the Metro Area.

Q. Can I get a catalog?

A. We like to think of ourselves as more than just a 'catalog company' as we provide one on one service. Email info@RapidPackaging.com and request our monthly newsletter featuring specials & promotions. Please call us with any questions you may have after visiting our site.

Q. Can I order specialty items through Rapid Packaging?

A. We specialize in custom products from tape and cartons to bags and foam and much more.

Q. Can we place orders online?

A. Yes, we can set up a customer specific portal to order right from your PC.

Q. How quick will I receive my delivery after ordering?

A. All of our stocking items will be delivered the next business day within the Twin City Metro Area.

Q. Do you sell used equipment?

A. Yes we do. Visit the equipment page or call us to get the most up to date listing of what we have available.

Q. Do you offer technical support?

A. We have our own qualified technicians that work on a variety of machines and can offer assistance over the phone for minor problems.

Q. Do you offer quantity discounts?

A. Yes, call and speak with one of our account managers or support staff to get a quote today!

Q. Do you offer preventative maintenance programs for equipment?

A. PM's are available for a variety of machines.

Q. I have a machine that I know you don't sell, can you still repair it?

A. Yes, we repair other manufacturer's machines besides the ones we represent.

Q. Do you have a showroom at your Champlin location?

A. Yes we do, if you call ahead of time we can schedule a tour or demonstration for you.

A. Yes, at no charge to you we can help you meet your cost, time and protection needs.
